In 2021, the University of Minnesota Resilient Communities Project partnered with the Minnesota State Fire Chiefs Association (MSFCA) to conduct a legal analysis of Minnesota’s EMS statutes and regulations. The results of this project were presented in May 2021 by Cole Birkeland and Scott May.
